WaiverPath

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 21, 2026.

WaiverPath is not a government agency, law firm, Medicaid provider, or benefits advisor. We help you organize information, documents, and follow-up tasks. Always verify requirements with the official agency or a qualified professional.

Organizer only

WaiverPath helps you organize paperwork, calls, deadlines, documents, reminders, and official-source links. It does not replace official agency forms, notices, applications, portals, caseworkers, attorneys, providers, or qualified benefits professionals.

No eligibility or approval promise

WaiverPath does not decide eligibility, say that you qualify, estimate eligibility as fact, promise approval, or guarantee services, benefits, timelines, waitlist movement, or payment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate information, safeguarding your login, verifying deadlines and requirements with official agencies or qualified professionals, and keeping your own copies of important records.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, malware, documents you do not have permission to store, Social Security numbers in v1, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights. Do not attempt to bypass security or access another user's information.

Subscriptions and billing

WaiverPath Plus is billed through Stripe. Prices, renewal periods, cancellation, reactivation, and payment methods are handled through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing. Paid access is controlled by Stripe subscription status and our webhook records.

Documents and packet exports

Packet exports and document indexes are generated from information you provide. Review exports before sharing them. WaiverPath is not responsible for agency decisions based on incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.

Insider referrals

Insider referral reporting and payouts are managed centrally through insider.tasktroll.com. Referral participation does not create equity, ownership, employment, securities, or profit-sharing rights.

Changes and availability

We may update the service, policies, prices, or features. We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WaiverPath is provided as-is and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
