How to request deletion
Email us from the address connected to your account and include the account email to delete. We may ask for verification before deleting records.

Deletion may include account profile details, checklist progress, call logs, reminders, document metadata, and stored uploaded documents.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, dispute handling, backup recovery, or Stripe transaction records. We do not store full card numbers.
