Optional cookies
Optional cookies may store referral attribution such as `waiverpath_ref` and `waiverpath_ref_landing`. These help credit Insider referrals and understand which entry page led to checkout. After consent, WaiverPath also uses a random identifier held only for the current browser tab session to connect anonymous steps such as landing-page, signup, and pricing views. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or cross-site tracking. Optional measurement begins only after you accept.
Email collection
Cookies cannot discover your email address when you land on the page. WaiverPath can only remember an email after you provide it, sign in, submit a form, or arrive through a lawful authenticated integration that passes it to us.
Changing your choice
You can clear WaiverPath cookies in your browser settings to reset your choice. If you choose essential-only cookies, referral attribution may not be saved unless the checkout URL itself includes the referral code.
